A delightful little Japanese and Chinese shop in the back streets behind Oranienburgerstrasse. Clothes, such as silk kimonos, are on sale at rather inexpensive prices. You can also buy bowls and chopsticks and fountains for your garden. A wonderful place to visit as it is so relaxing and the lady who owns it so friendly. Tosh, Sredzkistr. 56, T 44 03 83 50. Tram 1, but close to U-Bahn Senefelderplatz or U-Bahn Eberswalder Str. Mon-Fri 1100-1900, Sat 1100-1500. A small, private jewellers with the workshop on the premises. There are stunning designs, vibrant colours, friendly staff and the not too expensive price tags. Strongly recommended but be prepared to be tempted by everything.
