The restaurant itself is set in a magnificent hall with frescoes by artists from the Carracci school whose name it bears. Part of the establishment since the 1920s this elegant and sophisticated restaurant, complete with crystal chandeliers is one for gourmets wanting to appreciate the finer nuances in the local cuisine. The Dindo Diana (turkey) and the chicken galantine are the restaurant's signature main courses while the apple meringue cake is an unmissable pudding.
