Take a ferry from near the Customs House, in La Habana Vieja, or the Ruta 6 bus from Zulueta y Virtudes inland to this eastern district. The main street, Martí, runs north from the landing stage up to the church. The museum is next to the church. US$2.
Regla has a largely black population and a long, rich and still active cultural history of the Yoruba and Santería. The Museo Municipal de Regla, Martí 158 entre Facciolo y La Piedra, has an extension room with information and objects of Yoruba culture, but it is not always open. Three blocks further on is the Casa de la Cultura, which has very occasional cultural activities.
