Gay-friendly café/bar/restaurant with a chilled-out atmosphere during the afternoon, and a positively pumping one late-night at weekends. One of the first gay clubs in Hong Kong, Propaganda enjoys its new venue and is still the most popular and packed, attracting celebs and the in-crowd, playing house and funk.
