free trip another day. A round trip is three hours long and takes in Lundey (Puffin Island) on the way back. This is the only place in Reykjavík where youll see a puffin, apart from in a restaurant.
There are around 10,000 breeding pairs on this tiny island alone.

watching tours in Faxaflói bay. The boat was rescued from a New Year's bonfire for renovation and is a romantic way to see the whales and birdlife of the area. Midnight sun cruises can be arranged as
well as fishing trips. A whale-watching trip costs ISK 3000 and hotel pick-up in Reykjavík is an additional ISK 650.
