La Antigua Bodeguita, Plaza del Salvador 6, T 954 561 833. As long as the weather holds, the interior of this popular bar is really just a place to order, as the crowd from here and the bar next door spills out onto the square. Its a great Sevillian scene in its own right, but the tapas are also worthy. Check out mojama, cured tuna meat that will either delight or disgust. El Ambigú, C Feria 47, T 954 381 015. Mon-Sat 0800-0030. This simple, tiled bar is known for the high quality of its home-cooked tapas. The specials vary daily try the bacalao macerado, or munch on some marinated capers on their stalks. Its not often that youll see partridge or pheasant on tapas menus, you will here. The only drawback is that its so popular getting an order in can be a nightmare so try and head there early. La Dona, C Balbino Marrón s/n, T 954 631 705. A stylish little tapas option, decorated with photos and pictures of the horse at work and play. The best option is the montaditos. La Huerta de la Buhaira, Av de la Buhaira s/n, T 954 990 717. 1100-2230. A beautiful retreat; a terrace shaded by vines and palms in a pretty neo-Moorish park. Order whatever the daily special is; if its mollejas (sweetbreads) and youre a fan of innards, its your lucky day, but everythings really tasty.
