Another local favourite, popular with students, intellectuals and creative types for its relaxed atmosphere, cheap drinks and live music. Kolme Näoga Mees, Kuninga 1, T 648 4261. 1200-2300. This intimate cellar wine bar has a vaulted ceiling and serves snacks and spirits as well as a decent range of wines. The service is slightly oleaginous. Mustika, Sauna 2, T 644 0028. 0900-0100. Russian beer, Russian music, Russian-speaking clientele. Very cheap beer, not well ventilated. Nimega Baar (Bar with a Name), Suur-Karja 13, T 620 9299. 1100-0200, Fri and Sat 1100-0400. The Bar with a name is an offshoot of the hugely successful Nimeta, over the road. Sun-Wed 1100-0200, Thu-Sat 1100-0400. One of the first bars to open in the post-Soviet era, Nimeta was founded by a Scot who left town in a hurry. The truth behind his departure is top-secret, but its fair to say he had a licence to thrill: with all-night dancing, DJs on weekends, pool, darts and a big screen for sports, this is one of Tallinns pre-club hubs.
