In the parco Valentino behind the regal architecture faculty building, this restaurant is over 100 years old, with great renditions of local themes such as antipasti di flan, bagna cauda and veal in a nut sauce. A great place for truffle lovers, the dumplings stuffed with truffle sauce are exquisite while the mains and substantial sweet trolley are equally irresistible. More of a winery than a restaurant but the food served up is delicious and substantial its just a question of priorities and the rustic atmosphere emphasizes this. Meaning the surprised calf, most of it seems to have ended up on the menu.
