Wett Bar, 1320 Richards, T 6627707. 2100-0200. Huge, cavernous club with high ceilings, projection screens, dance floor and thumping music attracting young ravers or alternative.

Lotus Cabaret, 455 Abbott St, T 6857777. 2200-0200. Unpretentious, happening little club with low ceilings, attracting a young, friendly, energetic crowd that keeps dancing till close. House music most nights. Not exactly Gastown, but close enough. The Honey Lounge and Milk Bar are upstairs.
