Pasqua (Easter) Various celebrations and events mark the Easter weekend. There is a Good Friday procession and on the Saturday there is a regatta on the Adige. On Easter Monday there is the traditional eating of pasta fagioli (pasta with beans). Easter Sunday is reserved for religious solemnity. Vinitaly (End of March to mid-April) Italy’s most important wine fair takes place at the Fiera, to the south of the old city , with producers, buyers and consumers from all over the world.
